I went today for the first time and I didnt enjoy the experience I had the workers seem very upset I would ask a simple question like , where is the bathroom. Bjs needs to learn how to satisfy every type of customer and I hope some of these things can change , I can care less about the workers that are mad at work but at least have the product that I need.

Hello my name is Oscar I went to my local store today and they didnt have the milk that my daughter drinks. They told me that a particular BJS 20 miles away had 11 cases item I called Store in Miami Lakes FL and confirm before driving over there that they had the milk.
When I got the over 45 minutes later due to city traffic there is not one case on the shelfs and the system showed 11 cases. Then a Yong man that stocks the shelfs takes me to see Patricia the personnel manager she was very nice and understanding of my frustration she called around and had someone at another store to physically look and hold a case of milk for me.
She also spoke to the G. Alfred and got me a store gift card. At least it compensates for the fuel and time I spent. She has the attitude and professionalism to be the face of the store. Aldo it was a bad experience driving around town and given incorrect information bazed on a system error she made it better by going above and beyond. I will visit that store again every one is very nice from the people at the door to customer service rep.

Me gusta por que sus productos son buenos aparte la variedad de cosas que puedes encontrar aunque hay cosas un poco cara pero con los cupones de descuento te salvan un poco economicamente.
